The plan, which is imagined and orchestrated at the Federal Allies Institute, is the result of many weeks of extensive work by
Strategic Planning Committee participants Matechak, Goodrich, Rick Cutrera of American Airlines, Kevin Hailstock of Web Emerse and
David Boddie of FAI and others nationwide.

The plan is presented to FAI Chairman Frank Clay, Jr. pictured left,
of the ClayGroup of Olathe, Kansas.  Executive Committee meeting participants also included Boddie; and by conference call Rebecca
Stewart, Insperity, Austin, Texas; Daniel R. Caffoe, ImQuest Life
